    purchased a tungsten wedding band, they told me that they would refund or exchange my ring if it broke . well after ordering the ring from them and getting it sized the ring was still loose after receiving it. i accidentally dropped the ring and it shattered.

    they told me that i broke it and no exchange would be granted.

    LESSON:: JUST BECAUSE ITS IN DOWNTOWN L.A. DOES NOT MAKE IT LESS EXPENSIVE, IT MAKES IT CHEAPER !!!!
