White House Properties at 22144 Clarendon Street, Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, California.

I recently had a purchase with Michael Spievak at White House properties and it couldn't have gone smoother. Everyone at White House is professional and helpful and made the transaction really easy. I was very happy with Michael's recommendations for title and escrow services and everybody seem to work together really well. I feel very comfortable recommending him to anyone who sees this review.

Sean McGlynn and White House Properties is a lousy excuse for realtors! Sean Is the most Laziest and unempathetic human I have ever come across in my entire life! My mother of 74 years old was relocating her home of 40+ years and her life to help her family. She was leaving her friends and a home that she had wished to die in, to help others. This agent Sean McGlynn never once helped my mother to start the sale of her home. In fact, he mailed the paperwork to her to fill out on her own. She is not a real estate agent and did not understand some of the questions. So I travelled 4 hours to go to LA to help her. We did not even understand what a easement was at the time. We did the best we could, and later was told we did it wrong, and Sean McGlynn made her go to the office to correct it. Sean McGlynn never once went to her house to help her with any paperwork at all. In fact, he expected my mom to go to his office to drop off keys after he literally kicked her out of the home. The home was first listed at $750k which did not get any hits for the first 2 weeks. It was listed on the MLS which he expected to do all the work for him. He never once showed the house to anyone. I understand it was by appointment only, but she still did all the work. Later he told me he had to reduce the price to $720K. We then got a offer of $700k. He called and asked me my thoughts! I said counter offer....Hello! I told him $710k. So he did and they accepted. We also said home to be sold as is. He later said they wanted to have a septic sewer inspection on a second sewer septic tank that could cost $1600 on my mom's part, I told him Hell No! He seem to not be able to make a decision on his own. Or even a suggestion on his own. So once the home sold, he gave her a week to get out of the home. He called me and said if it was not enough time to move, he could extend the time a bit for her to pack her home of 20 years! He told her differently. He said she had to be out 08/23/17, one day before escrow closed so the new owners can move in. She would not receive her funds until the 25th. The move would cost her $8k+ which was needed from the sale of the home. This created great stress on her. Sean McGlynn did not offer her more time as he told me. On the day of closing, his only concern was getting the keys, which he was bugging her to bring to him, instead of him getting off his lazy behind and getting the keys from her. If he did that, he would of realized that he was in the hospital from all the stress he was causing her. Her nerves of having to move her home and 2 cats with a shortage of funds was unbearable not to mention the lack of him being a agent and walking her through this process that landed him no less than $20k!!! Sean McGlynn and this company should be ashamed of themselves. They are no better than a overseas scam!!!! They basically took advantage of a stressed out 74 year old woman with a kind heart. What would God say?
