Nov, 23 2019Lissette Ribas5Love this place! I've been to a couple of other Cross Fit locations and this is by far the best! Michael is an amazing coach!! I love that he is in constant contact with all his clients by getting their feedback on the workouts and on how they feel! I have never seen a coach take this extra step..... so personalized! He, along with the other coaches, take their time in teaching and correcting your form as well as motivate you! If you want to reshape your body and fitness level, while having fun, this is the place for you! All the members are nice and friendly too :)
