It was Excellent and Outstanding from the beginning. Excellent service received, super generous staff. Never had any problems such as broken braces or wires, and everything was intact and solid. All appointments were great, as soon as you come in you are seated and taken care of. Robert Schacter is a wonderful and great man, and Warren Schacter is a kind and generous person. The three women helpers are very caring and kind, and will help you with all your needs. Also, the woman at the front desk is a great hardworking person, who helps you get set for the next time you come, and if you call she is there to help. Overall it was an excellent experience, and I would recommend this place to anyone who is going to get braces.

I just got my braces off this week and I just want to acknowledge how kinfnand professional the employees of Schacter Orthdontists are! They made a painful and grueling experience pleasant and joyful! Their ongoing support was amazing throughout the whole process!
