This is the best private gym in Los Angeles, period. The gym is always clean, the place is thoughtfully designed from head to toe and the staff is friendly. I always grab a smoothie at the end of my session and they have a wide variety of protein snacks and workout drinks at the smoothie bar. You can tell the owners are prideful of what they have built. The equipment is top notch and this is far more exclusive than your average gym or Equinox. People who come here want a more private place to work out. If you are serious about working out and getting into shape you'll be in good hands! If you don't like something, communicate it to them, they thrive on always improving. The atmosphere is definitely on the macho side which doesn't intimidate me. I think all of them are teddybears deep inside.
