I love love the staff! They have been nothing but amazing to me. I had a few issues when I applied some discrepancies with the pricing but they stepped right up to honor what I was initially quoted. They really do care about the residents. Niyel and Christie initially showed me around and I felt they showed me 5 or 6 different units which was really amazing. They were very excited which made me excited and They were patient and kind with me and didn't rush me. Niyel had just started working there but she had so much knowledge I would not have never known if she had not told me. They took time to explain to me the differences in the two buildings, it was a pretty amazing experience. The assistant manager was always a doll, she worked with me and pushed to get me the best price for the unit. Jeremy also, he took time to show me around and got my key fob switch out because it didn't open a certain door. I had an issue where the movers walked off with my keys and they immediately respond, helped me, and got my locks changed quickly which made me feel super safe and glad I made the choice to stay here. Lease here!! You will NOT be disappointed!

The complex is beautiful, sauna steam room, hot tubs, coffee area, heated pools, TVs outside, 24 hour fitness center I mean what more could you ask for it's like a mini resort. Such a nice place to come home to. The Maintenace keep the grounds up very well and I absolutely love how secure it is. Another great things is minimum noise..it's very quiet.

I love the area everything is literally in walking distance, Grocery stores, beach, movies, nail shop it's just super convenient.
