This company is a snake! They promise you a product they can't deliver. After wanting a couch with the same feel as the cloud couch at Restoration Hardware, we paid an up charge of $850 for 90% feather and 10% foam instead we got the exact opposite! The couch is hard a rock and the company won't do anything to compensate us. They have poor customer service and will lie to you just to get your money! I wish I had seen that they only have 2 stars on YELP before purchasing a couch from them! There are far better couch companies out there, don't waste your time with PAMPA!
