What I like about OTF is it's really motivating. You go in a class and no matter the workout for the day you will be competing with yourself. Track your time and see if you can beat it in every block. The workouts are getting harder. The team develop new challenges to push ourselves to our limit and to become better every week. I see and feel a difference to when I started in Nov 2015 up until now. Thanks Orangetheory! You are the best!!!

OTF is a tuff but fun work out. The trainers are all so motivating and keep your energy going. You feel amazing after each class!
