Horrible customer service!! Kevin is just plain rude and unprofessional. DO NOT GET ANY OF YOUR NAIL SERVICES HERE ! Let me start of by saying that they do not sanitize the tools they use, they use the same ones on everyone . They do not have one time use nail buffers/filers again they use them on anyone who comes in their doors. If you tell them to fix something they get upset and try to blame you for the mistake. None of the workers have their manicurist license on sight so I’m really not sure who’s actually licensed to do the services. For the waxing they double dip and use the same stick on everyone. THIS PLACE IS UNSANITARY ALL AROUND! After today best believe I will be contacting OSHA for not following regulations and hopefully they get shut down for good !! ZERO STARS IF I COULD !
