I looked at 3 different stores for an area rug before a friend recommended NW Rugs in Sherman Oaks. They have a huge variety of styles, and the very patient and knowledgeable salesperson, Shawn, walked me through all of them. I found just what I was looking for. When the rug arrived from the manufacturer, it was damaged. Shawn arranged to have it picked up and the new rug delivered to him first so he could check it to make sure it was in perfect condition. After it was delivered to me, he called me to make sure that I was pleased with the rug.
