Crowded as you would expect. Our flights in and out were over an hour late we were told because of construction at the airport...not so sure about this. I was amazed that only one food outlet sold fresh cookies and at $3.50 each...well only slightly more offensive than the $3.99 bottle of water and no working water fountains. Barhrooms are clean. Crowds are handled well. I was totally unprepared for the amount of traffic at the departure level: 10 minutes dead stop! But, hey, this is a really busy airport. Wait for baggage to come off plane can be almost as long as the flight. Southwest has only 2 luggage carousels.
