Only because no stars isn't an option. I decided to pass on the free rental from Subaru through this location because it seems so risky to rent here. The wait is outrageous, but it's the sketchy nature of the business that freaked me out. It just seems like I'll get charged for something. This is the worst business I've ever been to. I not only wouldn't go here, I wouldn't go to Hertz or Subaru Sherman Oaks again.
