The USC Galen center is a fantastic venue to watch a concert, catch a volleyball or basketball game, and even hold events. As a student I have spend many nights here cheering on USC athletics. The staff are generally very friendly and helpful. The food is actually pretty good. There are small vendors with specialized foods around the stadium as well as the normal concession booths. I would highly recommend visiting if you are in town. There is also a historic sports section on the first floor.

My friend has season tickets for the mens basketball. What's not to like. State of the art. Food. Pretty cheerleaders. Decent team. Wish they were better.

Compact easily accessible arena for both sporting events and concerts. It is on the edge of the USC campus and there is some parking around campus at night, tougher during the day. An easy UBer ride from downtown LA. Good sight lines from inside even from the upper deck
