Hello Mr. Gonzalez ( Tulare Ca. Luxury Theatre ), This is DeAnna Shirbish. I spoke to you earlier about getting my money returned to me and some type of compensation for driving to Tulare 24 miles x 2 , eating out $100.00 , sitting in heat ( was 110* ) for 1 hour , not being able to get my $ back to go somewhere else and having to feel my heart break , from my kids crying ,So disappointed !

And not that I am not grateful. But for you to comp me 1 $8.75 ticket or $5.00 concession ( where as nothing is $5.00) is ABSOLUTELY OFFENSIVE !

I was so hoping you and /or your company was going to do the right thing. I see not ! I will be sharing my experience. WoW! Just Wow ! is all I can say !

Apparently another mix up on my accounts. Mr. Gonzalez thank you so much for correcting these problems and Doing the right thing. I will continue to patronize Galaxy theatres. .Happy customer!
