I've been with Encino mailboxes for 15 years I love them both very nice they do tend to lose your mail packages here and there

I started service with Encino Mailbox almost a year ago. I signed for two years and I wish I did not. Not only for the money but more because It is not easy to change an address and forward your mail.

The price is good if you do not mind the artificial and cold personality of the owner.
He would usually check you mail over the phone but very inpatiently, and never give you any details, even if you specify which mail you are expecting, he will not tell you!! He is very stiff, the lady is little better.

I had another mail box for 19 years. I just started this one a year ago when I moved, so I know the different.

Also, there is always a smell of urine inside, but if you do not mind that, everything else is ok.
