Sep, 03 2019Rachel Andrews1I got some nice shoes on clearance but tried walking more in them when I got to the hotel. I realized they were just too small. I tried to return them and the associate said they "looked worn" and wouldn't accept the return!! I just wasted 85 dollars on shoes I can't wear! Absolutely unacceptable will never spend money on Ecco again.
