I fell on my wrist, not knowing it was broken. Some weeks later, my brother, who is an orthopaedic surgeon on the east coast recommended I get it seen to as it was very painful. I saw Dr. Gitlin who spoke to my brother, e-mailed him X-rays and discussed my care with him by telephone on more than one occasion. I underwent surgery by my choice and the result was according to my brother, text book perfect. Dr. Gitlin e-mailed him the Xrays before surgery and after surgery. Dr, Gitlin is simply a superb surgeon. He is matter of fact, very kind, has a great sense of humor, and is very professional. I did not see any PA's just Dr. Gitlin himself at all times, which is today most unusual in medical practices. My experience was 100% positive.

Horrible Doctor! He has a bad attitude when you ask him any questions. He was terribly rude to my mother. One of those doctors who thinks he knows it all. Very condescending.
