Depot CrossFit Echo Park at 1016 North Alvarado Street, Los Angeles, California.

Being a member of CrossFit Sunset was a fun and adventurous journey in the world of CrossFit. What I appreciated most is the atmosphere of the gym and attitude of other members. Everyone--the coaches and other members--were really friendly and still provided the "work hard and have a good time" atmosphere. The coaches here are great at explaining the different techniques of the lifts that I was not familiar with beforehand, which helps prevent injury. Additionally you are a member of this CrossFit Gym and the other Depot CrossFit gyms in the Los Angeles area!

The only drawback of membership at this gym is the cost of CrossFit. You'll pay high CrossFit fees regardless of gym. Unfortunately this is the main reason why I had to eventually move on, but the coaches and staff were still friendly during my off-boarding process. I would recommend everyone in the area interested in CrossFit to check out this or one of the other Depot locations!
