Are they still in business? Everything on my controller shut down this week. Phones disconnected or redirected, app no longer working, etc. What a waste. EDIT: finally most things on their website are working again. Controller still offline but will see how they do trying to fix it. Only 3 years into 5 year warranty.
Update #2: Upgraded to 3 stars. They have since been very responsive to my problem and although we are still trying to work through it, I am feeling much more confident.
