I came in with some scratches on my car and asked the woman it was working the front office to do an estimate. She haphazardly walked around the car asked for my information and then said he’ll get back to me... what.. She didn’t take any pictures of the damage, no detailed notes of the scratches or of the areas that were affected... and when I asked her about this, she just got an attitude and began to condescend my questions. Not at all the customer service engagement that I expect to repair my car. I used these guys the past, and I’d prefer the guys to others… Service after the sale is trash
