I was so impressed with my service here. Will Rodriguez was my service advisor. He quickly found the problem of a crack in my rim and was able to have it fixed quickly at a very good rate. He streamlined payment with an online system prior to pick up so all I had to do was come back and drive off in my freshly washed and fixed car without a hassle. Will’s genuine care was refreshing and rare.

I go here ONLY for the small stuff where I will be in and out. First, it has taken me 5 years of going here to get my first loaner. My last visit was due to the wheel / tire warning light coming on. When I went back to get my car they couldn't find it! I was first told it was not parked in the usual place cars are parked when they are expecting you come back. Next I was told there was a mix up with the VIN number. Lastly, I was told they were looking for the wrong color car; my car is not black, white, gray or silver the typically BMW colors. It took them no less than 45 minutes to find my car, I'm sure I will never be told the truth about what happened. Back to South Bay BMW I will go even though it is less convenient but I know I can get a loaner and my car has never been lost when I have gone back to get it.
