Banana Republic at 9301 Tampa Avenue, Northridge, Los Angeles, California.

My husband & I came in Sunday evening. We found 2 pair of pants for him pretty quick & stood in line to pay. There was a cashier & a customer at the cashier. We waited & waited but the cashier was talking to the customer in a friendly way & doing something with a device looking thing. We still waited patiently next in line for some time & nothing happened plus the cashier was ignoring us. We saw that the cashier didn't care about us, we put the pants on top of other clothes in front of her & walked out. They lost a sale. The cashier after a few needed to say something to us like "I'll be right with you" or something. That's not the way to treat customers. She doesn't care because she just works there. As the owner or manager I would be very angry. Customers come first, they pay & you make money. We were very disappointed & will go to a different banana republic Sunday to purchase those pants. Hope this will help cashiers to be curtious to customers plus won't loose money for the store.

The clothes fit me right, which is why I love BR!! Their employees are also AWESOME!!!
