Went there to get night stands, finally found what we liked, at one station, they could not process the sale, then they charged us and could not finalize the process. They had to credit back our card and we had to go to their main counter. 2nd attempt and they could not charge us. We had to leave and come back. Delivery set for Thursday, no one called to tell us that item was not available. After waiting the whole day at home, i called and i asked what happened to our delivery and she said item was not available to be delivered. I asked why they did not call to let us know and answer was just call back tomorrow to get a new delivery, not to mention she sounded like she hates her work. I am cancelling my purchase and their system of ups delivering the items and not giving you a tracking number is just very unprofessional. My first and last visit to Ashlys furniture.
