Every time I come, I walk up to the pick up window and they ignore me until I walk over to drop off window and ask for the medication I've already called in. They then get annoyed that I am at the drop off window when I'm not dropping anything off. It's ridiculous.

Ever since the merger with Safeway, Sav-on cannot seem to get my prescriptions on automatic refill the way they used to be. I have asked them and reminded them several times about it, and each time they say they will look into it and yet nothing changes. On occasion I have waited right to the end to see if they will handle it, and they haven't, with the result that they haven't even had the ability to refill my prescription from inventory on hand so I had to wait past the refill date to get it filled. I recently told them I would be switching to another pharmacy and still nothing changed. It's completely obvious that they just don't care. As it turns out, I will be switching anyway as of 1/1/18 because of a change in Medicare prescription plans. Good riddance is all I can say.
