Never pick up and I asked them to cancel my order through email and I received the message, "Hi, no worries." Never received a tracking order either. However, after countless emails, I got my refund so it isn't that bad. Also, this company was on NEWS 4 part of the I-TEAM investigation. They claim they faced some issues in the recent months/year and things should be going back to normal soon.

Ordered frame and fork over a month ago. Never received a confirmation email but they took the money from my account immediately. Tried to reach someone to no avail. Very shady but sleaking to a laywer and the banks
