They have good fares, and can arrange China visas faster and better than anyone in town. Plus, usually some great discounted fares. I've bought tix and arranged visas through Able many times over the years and still do whenever i can. But treat them badly or be in a huff or a rush and you'll get the grouchy look or worse. Be nice, and they'll rescue you when you're in trouble.
